Dave’s background includes over 25 years of handling heavy equipment and farm equipment, Inland Marine and Cargo, Crop, vehicle damage appraisal, general/professional liability, homeowner’s/dwelling, business owner’s and crime, and liquor liability adjusting experience. He is an expert witness on farm and heavy equipment. He has obtained the NAIIA Appraisal and Umpire certification.

5/14 to Present: Owner and General Adjuster at Tri-State Adjusting Service.

1/98 – 5/14: Branch Manager at Norcross (Spokane WA) – Washington-Oregon Claim Service which merged with McLaren Young International and was named Norcross in August 2013. Sixteen years experience in handling a full claim load while also responsible for all functions of a branch office such as hiring employees, marketing the branch, building rapport with clients and attracting new business. He also assisted customers with account problems and made sure that the branch goals and objectives were met in a timely function.

2000-2008: Co-Owner Inland Excavating – Heavy equipment operator, job appraisal, and other ownership related responsibilities. Experience includes Road building, shooting grade, heavy hauling and excavations. Responsible for developing relationships with general contractors & subcontractors.

1992-12/97: Multi-line Claims Adjuster - Country Companies Insurance- Started his claims career as a multi-line claims adjuster in auto, property, crop, and liability claims.

1988-1992: Heavy Equipment Operator – Poe Asphalt.
