08/13 – 5/14: General Adjuster – Norcross. Washington Oregon Claim Serviced merged with McLarens Young International in September 2011 and became Norcross in August 2013 as part of the expansion into markets outside of the Pacific Northwest. Experience in handling commercial and personal property claims, construction defect and large complex claims. Catastrophe loss adjustment experience.

6/02 – 8/13: General Adjuster – Washington-Oregon Claim Service. – Eleven years of experience investigating and adjusting commercial and personal lines property losses in Washington and Idaho. Investigate experience of 3^rd party commercial and personal liability claims. Experience includes investigating construction defect claims in Washington & Idaho.

05/93 – 06/02: General Adjuster – Unitrin Property & Casualty Group – Three years of experience as a Large Loss Field Adjuster assigned to adjusting large complex personal and commercial property claims in Washington, Idaho and Montana. Two years experience as a Special Investigator investigating fraud cases and four years experience as a Multi-line adjuster investigating 1^st party commercial and personal lines property claims and 3^rd party personal and commercial liability claims.
